To locate any of your orders, follow this step:
Go to My Account > Payment Info > Transaction Search link

You can search for a specific order processed in the LinkShare system for your account within here. If the system cannot find the order, and at least 7 days have passed since the order was placed, click on the Submit Transaction Inquiry link to send an inquiry to the Advertiser. The Advertiser will be notified of your inquiry.

Although the transaction inquiries system is designed to assist you in communicating with Advertisers to resolve any possible transaction issues, you are ultimately responsible for resolving all such issues directly with Advertisers. By providing you with access to this functionality, LinkShare shall not be deemed to have undertaken or assumed any duty or obligation with respect to your relationship with any advertiser.
